VALIDITY OF VOUCHERS
Gift vouchers are valid for a period of six months from the date of purchase. Validity of vouchers cannot normally be extended after the expiry date. An extension in the validity of gift vouchers is at the discretion of HJS Helicopters Ltd, whose decision is final. Your flight must be pre-booked (see booking) and flown before the expiry date unless previously canceled by HJS Helicopters Ltd (see refunds and cancellations). For the flight to be redeemed the gift voucher must be presented on the day of flight. Damaged or photocopied gift vouchers will not be accepted.

REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS
Gift vouchers are not refundable. HJS Helicopters Ltd will take no responsibility for any accommodation, travel or any other expenses you may incur. Sometimes we have to cancel flights for reasons beyond our control e.g. inclement weather. We will do our best to notify you as soon as possible and will offer you an alternative date and time. Please ensure you notify HJS Helicopters of any change in contact details. In the event of technical difficulties with our aircraft or adverse events beyond our control we reserve the right to cancel your flight at short notice.

RESTRICTIONS
All flights that take place are subject to weather limitations. The following restrictions apply to all participants, a weight limit of 15 stone/210lbs/96kgs for the Robinson R22 and 19 stone/266lbs/120kgs for the Robinson R44 and Bell 206L Longranger. Trial Lesson participants must be in normal good health (see disability) and aged 14 years or over. The rotation of the helicopter blades can at times produce a flickering effect which may pose a hazard to susceptible clients such as those with epilepsy. Those suffering from an ear infection or common cold may not wish to fly as the change in air pressure involved in flight may cause pain or physical damage. HJS Helicopters Ltd reserves the right to refuse services to anyone that appears to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol. HJS Helicopters Ltd decision regarding refusal of passengers on any grounds is final.

DISABILITY
We recognise that certain flights may present difficulties for those with disabilities. Upon purchasing or booking a flight HJS Helicopters must be made aware of any disabilities that the recipient may have. Each case will be looked at individually and a decision shall be made accordingly.

BOOKING
Simply call to book your flight with the name of the candidate, voucher number and flight details and we shall organise a mutually acceptable date and time for your flight. Some flights are restricted to certain allocated times and dates due to their nature. We advise that you contact us at least 14 days prior to any specific date to book your flight. We are open for all bookings and flights 7 days a week, 9am – 5pm Monday to Saturday and 11am – 5pm on Sundays.
