Experience Flights


 HJS Helicopters conduct two standard types of experience flight Trial lessons and Scenic Flights all year round and occasionally Special Event flights.

A Trial Lesson is an opportunity for you to come and try flying a helicopter for yourself, you will be given a detailed brief on how a helicopter is flown and then go flying with one of our instructors in either a Robinson R22 or Robinson R44 helicopter. You will learn how to fly the helicopter and operate the controls in normal flight and in the hover!

If you would rather have a pilot fly whilst you enjoy the scenery without taking control of the aircraft then one of our Scenic flights in the Robinson R44 or Bell 206L Longranger will be more appropriate. 

Special Event flights are only conducted on a adhoc basis and more information is available on them at our News and Events and Special Events pages.

All experience flights are valid for six months and are available as gifts for your friends and family.
