Robinson Helicopter Rebuilds


HJS Helicopters can carry out high quality rebuilds as well as our standard maintenance for your Robinson helicopters at our EASA 145 maintenance facility at Culter Helipad.

Owners of Robinson R22 helicopters will be provided with an estimated turn-around time and rebuilds can be carried out in as little as eight weeks, a detailed price list can be accessed here.

Robinson R44 models turn-around time and costs shall be determined on enquiry due to modification state and component times and shall be subject to individual quotes.

During your rebuild we can incorporate any modifications required as well as offering re-triming or re-painting and finishing services.

Progress reports will be provided during your rebuild weekly, at significant points or on request.

All Non Destructive Testing, Flight Test and Engineering certification will be supplied on completion of the rebuild in your aircrafts specific portfolio.
